Weekly Fee

● Students pay a flat weekly fee that includes a set number of lessons for each term.

Term Commitment

● Enrollment is based on a full-term commitment (typically 10 weeks). Payment must be

made upfront or via automatic weekly debits.

 

🌟No Refund Policy

● Membership fees cover access to lessons and other school resources, not individual

attendance. Missed lessons will not be refunded.

 

🌟More than a Music Lesson! Membership Benefits Include:

● Weekly lesson notes provided by teachers.

● Access to student portal with online practice resources.

● Personalised resources that teachers prepare before lessons.

● Free performer registration to all events.

 

🌟Payments and Invoicing:

● Payments are made via a Full Term Invoice, weekly or fortnightly Direct Debits.

● AutoPay Payments: The AutoPay invoice payment option can be charged weekly,

fortnightly or monthly to your allocated credit or debit card.

● All payment options are subject to our ‘Duty of Care’ and ‘Late Payment’ policies -

🌟Attendance and Make-Up Policy

At Melodic Minds Music School, we value consistency in attendance to ensure our students'

progress and growth. To accommodate unavoidable absences, we have a clear and flexible

make-up lesson policy outlined below.

General Policy

● Membership fees cover access to lessons and resources, not individual attendance.

● Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed lessons.

● Make-up credits are offered as a goodwill gesture and must be used within 12 months.

🌟Make-Up Credits

● Unlimited Make-Up Credits: All students are eligible for unlimited make-up credits.

● Booking Make-Up Classes:

○ Notify us of your absence at least 24 hours in advance via the student portal.

○ Use our online booking system or contact the admin team to schedule a make-up

class (space permitting).

○ Group Lesson Members can do a make-up lesson in any other group class.

○ Private Lesson Members can do a make-up lesson with any other teacher. We also

provide extra time during the school holidays to attend make-up lessons.

 

🌟Conditions:

● Make-up credits expire after 12 months.

● Availability is subject to space in other classes.

● We provide more availability during the school holidays to use your make-up credits.

● Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Make-up credits have no cash value and

cannot be refunded or transferred to another student or lesson term.

 

🌟Late Notice or No-Show Policy

● If a student does not provide 24 hours' notice, the lesson will be marked as a no-show,

and no make-up credit will be issued.
