Meet the creator and girl-boss of Melodic Minds Music School!
With over 10 years of teaching experience, Nico is committed to helping all of her students unlock their hidden potential. Nico has always loved working with children and is always excited to see their development in confidence and skill over time.
Nico has completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, and took a keen focus on developmental psychology, criminology, and music therapy.
Nico loves seeing live music, travelling, and spending time with her friends and family!
CHARLOTTE
PIANO
Hi, I’m Charlotte!
I primarily play piano and percussion, but I also love to dabble and play other instruments such as saxophone, clarinet, and ukulele. I have been performing for 10 years now, with particular interest in musical theatre, jazz and contemporary music. I am completing the final stretch of my Bachelor of Music (Music Studies) at the University of Melbourne. I have been a part of many large ensembles, musical theatre pits, and solo performances.
I have been a music mentor at Melodic Minds for over 3 years now and have loved every minute of it! Sharing my passion for music with others brings me such joy, with my goal to grow my students’ confidence and watch their musical talent and knowledge flourish! In my spare time you’ll find me exploring in nature, seeing live music, or completing a puzzle.
Hi, I’m Cloey! I teach violin and piano here at Melodic Minds Music School, and I also play the clarinet as the chairperson of my high school School Band! I’ve been teaching for over five years and hold several ABRSM Diplomas. I’m also a nurse and midwife, and I bring the same care, patience, and encouragement from my healthcare into my teaching. I’m passionate about classical music and love helping students of all ages build their confidence and skills while having fun. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach and love water sports too!

Ethan Rault is a passionate musician and experienced performer who has been immersed in music from a young age. A versatile singer-songwriter, Ethan shares his love of music through vocals, piano, drums, and guitar. He holds a Master's degree in Music Performance and is dedicated to passing on his knowledge and enthusiasm to the next generation of musicians.
Ethan brings a wealth of live performance experience to his teaching. As a piano vocalist, he has performed as a soloist in theatres and intimate venues, captivating audiences with his expressive playing and stage presence. He is also an accomplished drummer, performing regularly with a band at corporate events and public venues, where he brings energy and rhythm to every stage.
Now teaching at Melodic Minds, Ethan aims to inspire students by showing them how music can be both a skill and a joyful, creative outlet. His lessons go beyond technique. He focuses on building confidence, exploring musical expression, and even developing stage presence. Whether students dream of playing on stage or simply want to explore a new passion, Ethan is committed to helping them grow as confident, curious, and expressive musicians.
Outside the lessons, Ethan enjoys spending time with friends and family, and reading.
Hi, I’m Oliver, and I teach guitar! I’m currently completing Year 11, and
studying subjects such as Biology, Psychology and German. As the
youngest Melodic Minds member and a past student, I know how to get a
student passionate about and excited for the world of music! I’m always
learning and always looking forward to inspiring new young guitarists! In
my free time, I love to play with my band and watch live music!
