Music program for ages 4-7
Being a student with Melodic Minds has given my daughter the best possible start on her musical journey. As a child who loves music, but not performing in front of an audience, Nico and the team have helped build her confidence in all the best ways. Your child doesn’t want another ‘musical play’ class.
They need to build strong foundations through repetition and learn songs they ACTUALLY like listening to. All while having FUN!
We’ve been working on this new program for over a year now, for 4-7 year olds who absolutely LOVE music and want to start playing real songs - no boring nursery rhymes!
This weekly 60min class is broken into 4 sections: rhythm training, ukulele chords, chime-bar melodies (these can easily be transferred to piano) and singing. All to modern pop and Disney songs that kids love!
No music and movement games. No reading stories. No boring theory lessons.
Just the fundamental skills, made FUN!

Students practise singing short sections of familiar songs with instrumental tracks.
🌟 So they develop rhythm, pitch, and confidence singing independently rather than just copying a recording.

Instead of locking kids into one instrument too early, students experience singing, rhythm, piano-style playing, and ukulele so they can discover what they genuinely enjoy.
By the end of the program, students have built the confidence, rhythm, listening skills, and musical curiosity that make transitioning into piano, guitar, or singing lessons much smoother.
